6050 LIBERIA ELWA The UNID. I noted on 1 December turned out to indeed be ELWA. Found it // 4760 at 2154 w/end of EG rel. pgm. 2156 nice simple EG echo ID by M (a little too heavy on the echo), then into "Oh Holy Night", and continuing w/more mx. Fairly good signal.
