RUSSIA Moscow RWM Taldom standard signal on 9996 kHz 31 mb seems were off
afternoon, now only a very tiny string visible, probably final amplifier
tube stage section failure ?
4996 kHz ist still working now, 1923 UT.
Here in Germany and France a carrier visible (PPE? Brasil)
on 10000.399 kHz at 1940 UT Jan 10.

MEXICO 6184.982 kHz Radio Educación from Mexico City, noted at proper
signal S=9+15dB in remote SDR unit at Florida USA. 0553 UT til program off
at 0559 UT, empty TX carrier still on air at 0607 UT check.
