Radio Transmundial from Brazil is now heard daily on 5965kHz starting at 0300
UTC.
Radio Itatiaia (B) on 5970kHz is inactive or closing earlier. It was heard
regularly in the morning here in the middle of Europe.

Checked this outlet 11540 kHz this afternoon June 13:

Tuned-in around 1320 UT on 11539.978 kHz and signal wandered down on warm-up
to 11539.969 Khz around 1327 UT, recording taken around 1333 UT in
.ogg format file.

Signal in Nagoya Japan remote post S=9+20dB or -54 dBm strength.

I would say this is Korean language, one of these veiled radio programs from
likely Tashkent Uzbekistan towards the Korea countries.
