TURKEY TRT Emirler heard instead of 11750 this morning on
9870 kHz. So seemingly carelessness of the engineer at 0200 UT,
when 9870 kHz Spanish sce of TRT 0100-0155 UT ended, and usually the TX
switch occur to 11750 kHz.
at 0800 UT on July 23 heard TRT Turkish sce on
