This year`s NRC AM Log denominates it ``Radio El Paso-Juárez, con su música``. BUT --- official FCC September sunset for KXPL is: 0115 UT (October: 0030 UT). NRC says it does have a 500-w PSRA allowing it to start at 6 am local when that is before official sunrise (Sept: 1245 UT; Oct: 1315 UT).
