on Nov 6, at S=7-8 signal level, bad propagation figures tonight.
Similar bad like Radio Tirana English to the North America audience on
7469.978 kHT footprint started 0229 UT tonight on Nov 6 as S=7-8 or -84dBm
in remote SDR unit in MA/NY/NJ eastern coastline area.
