          broadband 3900 - 3924 kHz jammed.
3985 KOR  EoH / VoH, S=9+35, little scratch audio jamming underneath
          broadband 3981 - 3989 kHz,
          but in total also wide range 3894 - 4011 kHz is spuriously
          be jammed.
