WWRB homepage http://www.wwrb.org has been modified since last we checked it, 
to show 60 or 115 kW transmitters, at different prices, and a nominal schedule 
on 9370 as Sat & Sun only at 11 am - 5 pm ``EST``, meaning EDT? That would be 
15-21 UT (but still no specific program schedule), Viz.:

Service 1: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday - 7:00 pm EST - 12:00 am EST on 
shortwave frequency 5.050 MHz
Coverage to North, Central, South America, with enhanced Cuba/Caribbean Coverage

frequency 9.370 MHz
Coverage to Middle East, Africa, and Europe, with Special Emphasis on 10/40

When you join the WWRB family of broadcasters, in addition to your scheduled 
air time plays, you will receive up to six additional internet broadcast plays 
at no added cost the following day. As a further benefit, we automatically 
record all of our programs, and on a random basis, you will receive a bonus 
shortwave play with up to six additional Internet radio plays.

 on Friday nights. I`ve set an alarm for 18 UT Saturday to
 find whether the ``Radio Africa`` Ugandan clandestine(?)
 heard last weekend reappear on 9370. I am not aware of any
 other monitor reporting it, and Dave still isn`t telling us
 anything about it (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
