North Korea seems to be conspicuously absent from 11710. In fact, I
haven't heard them on the frequency for a few days now. While I did not look
for them over the weekend, I did not hear them Friday the 10th, or today the
13th. I am still hearing them on 9435 and 11735 however. Infact, 9435 had an
S9+ signal into Central Iowa this morning at 1530 UTC, and is still
listenable at 1600 with an S8.
Has anyone else heard them lately on 11710?
