USA 9475 & 5830, June 18 at 0129, both possible WTWW-1 frequencies are
off (and so are WTWW-2 as usual from 5085, 9930), but 12105, WTWW-3 is
unusually VG this late, S=9+20 at 0141 with the extra SFAW/PPP hatehour in
English, while 5830 & 9475 kHz are still off.
