ARGENTINA. 15344.96, Sunday July 17 at 1755, LRA is VP at S1, but some
conversation barely perceptible as Spanish. Definitely Spanish at 1759
surge to S4, and algo distorted. 1800:00 accurate 6-pip timesignal mixing
with the talk, still Spanish. By 1809 it`s too weak to tell language, S
0.5 on the NRD-545.
I have been trying to confirm whether the RAE English broadcast preƫmpt
the R. Nacional relay on Sundays during the 18 UT hour, as it has been
confirmed to do on Saturdays, but not last Sunday. Ivo assumed the 17 UT
hour in German is also on Saturdays & Sundays, i.e. daily
