center, 294 degr, backlobe heard in Brisbane, 0100-0257 UT
S=9+5dB on opposite area of the world.
\\ 9590 kHz same program from Kashgar, only threshold signal
level, 269degr azimuth from #2022 Saibagh Western China
at 0150 UT on July 26 at same morning path.
7259.955 VUT Local nnon time in Brisbane, heard VBTV Radio Vanuatu,
Port Vila, BSL, S=5 or -96dBm weak daytime signal at 0200 UT.
