1- In my last log (August 8, 2016), I made ​​two wrongs: time each minute 
(correct is 10-secondly time) and "Observatório Nacional is Out" (the correct 
is sign off or not on the air, this moment).

2- Radio Biafra carrier on 11700, but merely side-tuning on 11701kHz.


BRAZIL
+10000. August 16, 2016. 0917-0923, Observatório Nacional, Rio de Janeiro-RJ. 
Female announcer says, in portuguese, a ID and correct hour,each 10 seconds, 
with pips. This Time Signal has a fair signal and modulation, 35533.

+11780. August 16, 2016. 0935-1000, Radio Nacional da Amazônia, Brasília-DF. 
Male announcer presents a program "Bom-Dia Amazônia". Broadcasting with poor 
signal and barely audible audio, 25331 (rare moments, 25332). On 6180kHz, 
regional songs, news and station announces, 45433.
Note: A parallel investigation log on 11866-11870kHz, only Radio Catolica 
Mundial, in spanish, with music and religious themes

GUINEA
+9650. August 16, 2016. 0925-0934, Radio Guinea, Conakri, in French.Male 
announcer makes a interview with a man, about several Guinean themes; Female 
announcer talks, ID. At 0930 start a IS of Voice of Korea and National Anthem, 
with very slight interference. In this morning (06:25AM in Cabedelo), R. Guinea 
has a fair siignal and modulation, 35433 (before 0930) or 34433 (after 0930 
UTC).
