from 0200 UT on 9480 kHz,
tiny weak signal at Moscow remote unit,
but much stronger in Delhi India at S=9+20dB level,
same as like BBC Oman relay on 9410 kHz,
and \\ 15310 kHz Nakhon Sawan in Thailand, S=9+10dB in Delhi,
and latter underneath the 24hrs co-channel China mainland
metallic jamming sound too.
