Radio Rossii ?.
when checked two hours today on various remote SDRs in Japan,
heard by Y.T. today Sept 4.
Radio Rossii time check latest pip
at 12 UT was 8 seconds to late:
the time delay of transport from Radio Rossii bcasting house,
then satellite feed?, bcast center TX house PC,
remote reception in Japan,
online connection Japan to Germany,
PC time Delay on local Perseus software,
VAC virtual audio cable audio transfer,
PC data transfer to Snagit Screen Capture software etc. etc.
RUSSIA 5900.000 exact frequency.
At 1130 UT S=9+20dB or -51dBm in Gofu and Yamaguchi city Japan,
the human voice on transmission sounds much rough, rough.
5900 kHz location could be Iakutsk Tulagino;
or Radio Rossii Kamchatka via the Yelizovo site;
or Radio Rossii Arman/Magadan in far northern Siberia.

Apparently s/on at 1000 UTC and now being heard in remote Perseus in
Japan, with fairly a good signal. No signal in Perseus in Europe. Trace
carrier in Western Canada. Transmitted from Far East, anyway?
