Yes I too have seen many site reverse the English and Filipino languages
schedules including Short-Wave Info.  I can confirm that at 1745UTC right
now I can here them in Filipino  (they do at time ID in English) on 15190
poor and 12120 kHz fair good with that blasted CODAR up.
