Hi Paul 1215 is definitely not New Zealand, the guy has an Australian accent. What he's talking about is cricket and the weather. From what I heard he was saying that the afternoon will be better than the morning.
This will fit with the station. The programme would be Grandstand and there is only one station carrying this on this frequency in Australia.
