Hi Glenn - On Feb 15, heard 5011.28v, at 0239, with announcer;
0244 into segment of music and singing; very poor; again noted
drifting frequency. On the east coast, both Dave Valko and Rich
D'Angelo, were hearing this at about the same time. Thank you
