Brazil (tent.) 11779.83 – Heard a weak station here around 22:55 this evening. Talk by male announcer sounded like it could be Brazilian Portuguese, but pretty far down in the noise. Went to check a few other things, and it was gone when I returned about 3 minutes later. Perhaps Radio Nacional tuning up for a return to the air? If so, they seem to have been running without their amp; it’s a good night for Brazilians on 25 meters, but they were barely audible. Watch this space. (Art Delibert, Vineyard Haven, MA, 7/15/17)
