It would appear Radio Sultanate Of Oman is missing from it's 15140kHz frequency and 1400UTC sign on today Tuesday July 25th.
This screen shot is from the UTwente SDR and even in poor conditions, you can see the Oman carrier on the waterfall and detect some kind of audio.. there's nothing there today.
