2040UTC, when they should be on and in the clear after RHC signed off, there is zero carrier on UTwente SDR.. a day or two ago, I'm pretty sure i detected no carrier at home one afternoon when they should've been on. I wonder if they're signing off early on purpose or have a technical fault.
