carrier detected today here in Reinate, Lugo, but later, at about 0630
some songs detected, extremely weak, barely audible.
Via remote SDR Kiwi Pardinho, Brazil, 4920.78, SINPO 25432 at first,
but later 35433. Very nice program of non stop Peruvian songs,
"Cumbias", some songs in Quechua, song "Ay Coraz?n" by Rodrigo
Panihuara Huayhua, song "Colegiala de mi amor", and others. (M?ndez)

** ALBANIA [non]. 9395, UT Wed July 11 at 0230, WRMI starting R. Tirana relay
in English, never mentioning that it is still on SW, let alone via WRMI! Had
been scheduled at 0200-0230 Tue-Sat, but July 7 caught in progress at 0240. So
appears to be permanent change to 0230-0300; and preceded by `Wavescan` (see
also USA: WRMI). Sked grids via

still do not account for this. The transmission sked for 9395 shows Tirana at
0200-0230 & Oldies at 0230-0300. The supposedly more detailed program schedule
below for System G shows `Wavescan` 7 days a week at 0200-0230 (or rather
displayed in EDT as 2200-2230), but the adjacent block for frequency is blank,
presumably meaning 9395 and/or 5950 as immediately above and below it.

** BRAZIL [non]. 11780, July 11 at 1319, weak carrier seems to be open. Maybe

with neither RNA-FM nor AM today (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
** CUBA. 6000 ex-5990 // 6100 ex-6099.238, July 10 at 1255, RHC Spanish on
proper frequencies this morning! Something`s sometimes right at RHC.
9554 approx., July 11 at 1226, filthy spur from 9570 CRI relay in Cantonese;
it`s partially readable in FM mode, but not strong enough to clear up; also
another about 9586. No F# tones as on the 13 MHz spurs. Very strong 9570 itself

Bierman canned ID between them at 0229 claims they are on 9395 & 9455=NOT!

** U S A. 7504.979, July 11 at 1222, WRNO with `TruNews` in English during an
hour they are customarily in Chinese, prime-time 8 pm in China, and also
prime-propagation. Scattershot WRNO ``scheduling`` and still nothing specific
on website since it stalled May 1. The home page, however,
http://www.wrnoworldwide.com displays several other major programs, not
including TruNews or any Chinese!
This fake-news TV soundtrack is current, or almost so, since Rick and his
accomplice are discussing the NATO summit, and bring in a correspondent from
Brussels. WRNO is managing lately to stick closer to nominal, frequency
measured at 1257 just before it should go off, but TruNews plays right thru
hourtop with no break, as they move on to discuss Brett not being conservative
enough, a Washington insider. Even AFA has come out against him. Next check at
