Only tiny string here in Europe on 12030 kHz, S=4-5.
11940 kHz S=5-6.
9690 is covered by strong MWV New Life Station, Mahajanga, MDG Russian MWV
S=9+15dB, underneath heard a tiny REE signal.
But heard excellent REE Noblejas signals
in NY / MI northern US states at 1935 UT
9690 kHz 11.2 kHz wide audio block, S=9+15dB strength in NY/MI
11940 kHz S=9 too,
12030 kHz S=9+5dB too.

12030 did go into Russian at 1800, and 9690 still not on, just
off-frequency Nigeria. Glenn

No sign of REE on 9690,
11685, or 11940 kHz at 16:45 UTC today (29 October) neither
here in NB nor using the U. Twente SDR receiver. Only 12030
kHz audible (in Spanish) weakly here in NB but with a strong
signal using the U. Twente receiver. Am recording 9690 kHz
here in NB to see when they come on and whether there will
be any English today.
