Well, it would have to be a U.S. AM X-band station.
Almost certainly AM 1620 WDHP St. Croix U.S. Virgin Islands
given the island music format and accent.
Amazing DX... that station is about 2600 miles from your QTH !

edit:  Taking a closer look at this DX, it looks like it may have been a
grey line
         propagation event.  What would be interesting to know is whether
the
         station was on daytime power or had switched to nighttime power.
         Either way a nice DX catch ! (Pinto vortano Hfunderground)
