both 111 degrees towards central Africa, Sahara Sahel,
North East Africa target.
Noted tonight with strong signal on sidelobe here in central Europe:
Both exact even frequency, refurbished alignement work
in past months by Chinese technicians was successful.
11640 kHz S=9 or -75dBm at 20.25 UT
13630 kHz S=8-9 or -82dBm at 20.30 UT
