This one may or may not be on the air with regular programming already.
What we heard with classical music was a test to keep the license alive
after being silent. On Friday morning August 9 I had what sounded like a
high energy regional mexican music type music format with hosts chatter and
I couldn't match it to a station and I'd never heard it before.  It was at
times, equal to the strength that known KKNS had been when I heard them
with classical earlier this week.
