to log Tallin Volmet on 4645 kHz USB.

** ARGENTINA [non]. 6060, UT Monday Nov 11 at 0136, something in
Spanish but not // 5040v RHC; yes, it`s RAE Spanish relay via WRMI
with its multi-lingual ID at 0138, despite its M-F only schedule, so I
guess playing back the Friday edition containing the DX program (Glenn
Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
** CUBA. 6165, UT Mon Nov 11 at 0140, RHC English is not on yet here,
but 6000 is at Item 1 in Arnie`s `DXers Unlimited`, suptorted.
Something`s always wrong at RHC (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING
DIGEST) see also ARGENTINA [non]
** CUBA. 9640.006, Nov 11 at 1334, RHC S9+10/20 with humbuzz and
slightly off frequency. Something`s always wrong at RHC (Glenn Hauser,
OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
** U S A [non]. 9335, Nov 11 at 1327, 1 kHz tone; 1328 Yankee Doodle,
1329 VOA sign-on from ``Washington DC``, JBA for a Cambodian hour via
Tinang, PHILIPPINES (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
** U S A [and non]. WORLD OF RADIO 2007 monitoring: since last Sunday
WOR was reported to have aired partially on IRRS, 7290 via Romania,
until 2000, I`m checking this week Nov 10 via UTwente SDR: NO, from
1940 music; 1951 starts `Between the Lines`, which is going to get cut
off after no more than 9 minutes. Obviously there is no point in
trying to predict when bits of WOR will appear on this transmission,
besides the committed full airing Mondays at 1900 (or 1859? from last
week). Otherwise IRRS programming is rather random as on continuous
webcast, much of it undefined on the program schedule. More: below
Confirmed Nov 10 after 2130 on WRMI 7780, poor S4-S7.
Also confirmed UT Monday Nov 11 at 0130 on WRMI 7780, good via
UTwente; had been // 9395 but something else now direct, mentions Xmas
already, so the Countdown 2 Xmas show? Not on sked.
Also confirmed UT Monday Nov 11 at 0230 on WRMI 7780, fair S9-S6.
Maybe the 9395 // has shifted an hour later? NO, at 0229 the usual
wrong `Son-Power` ID, into Afro/Indo percussive World Music. This is
where R. Tirana should now appear the others days of week, and I hope
WOR can be restored to fill this gap, as our only airing on 9395 and
NNW antenna.
Confirmed UT Monday Nov 11 starting at 0402 on Area 51 webcast; S9-S8
on WBCQ 5129.98 check just in time at 0429.
Also confirmed UT Monday Nov 11 at 0430 on WRMI 9955, S9+20/30! Other
weeks has been very poor to inaudible; you never know how the late MUF
will hold up. Also good audio this time on the webcast.
Confirmed Monday Nov 11 joined-in-progress (JIP) at 1900.5 on IRRS
7290 via ROMANIA, as I am going from Alaska to Argentina, which
happens at 1.6 minutes into the program, so as I calculated last week,
this playback is starting a bit before 1859! Trouble is, 7290
transmission does not bring it up that early, altho the carrier came
on at *1857.5 as heard via UTwente SDR, almost muscling aside the ACI
from CRI if bandwidth be narrowed. There was no modulation before WOR
JIP, no Triumphal March from A?da, no sign-on, no ID. WOR was planned
to start at 1902 after some news, or maybe 1901.5 matching the
sesquiminute offset when official start was 1815. Next:
0100 UT Tuesday WRMI 7780 to NE
2200 UT Wednesday WBCQ 7490v to WSW
0100 UT Thursday WRMI 7780 to NE
Full schedule including AM, FM, webcasts, satellite, podcasts:
http://www.worldofradio.com/radioskd.html
(Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
** U S A. (7490), Sun Nov 10 after 2300, I`m ready for `Uncle Bill`s
Melting Pot` on WBCQ webcast --- it`s running, but silent. I don`t
check 7490 itself, assuming it too be missing. Better luck if for the
third week he gets a filler repeat 25 hours later, UT Tue at 0000. But
the webcast comes to life at 2355 with IS & ID loop; 0000 UT Monday
Nov 11 into: `Radio TImTron Worldwide`! But that`s the show scheduled
on Area 51 and its webcast. He says the date is Nov 10 [belch], so
it`s a different one than yesterday at the same time; mostly music.
Then I compare the 7490 and 5130 webcasts, and find they are *both*
with TT, but a good many seconds apart. Somehow A51 stream has got
onto the 7490 stream! So we are also missing `Le Show`; at 0014 I
check 7490 itself and find it *is* running there as usual, as UBMP
probably did an hour earlier without the webcast backup.
At 0141 I check again for `Encore` classical music which now starts a
UT hour later at 0100 Monday, but the webcast is still from A51.
Encore *is* playing on 7490.072v, fair S9/+10 at first but fading down
by 0152 final announcement which I can`t copy. Brice always wraps up
early allowing last piece to ``play out``, but it`s likely to be cut
off when the hour be up (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
** U S A. 6060, Nov 11 at 0015, SMTV on WRMI is *still* double-audio
feed 4 seconds apart; no RHC back on 6060 yet. And *still* Nov 11 at
about 1320 when the frequency is 7570; citing animal attributes
alfabetically, koalas, llamas, lobsters, mice ---.
15770, Nov 11 at 1833, SMTV via WRMI *still* with two programs mixing
at once, but I can no longer match them 4, or any, seconds apart
(Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
** U S A. 6115, Nov 11 at 0141, WWCR-1 with far-right talk, S9+30 with
squeal as always on this transmitter. Too bad they don`t put all that
signal to better use (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
** U S A. 17775, Monday Nov 11 at 1839, zero signal from KVOH leaving
absolutely nothing on 16m except the unIDs on 17783.78 and 17850,
qq.vv. (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
UNIDENTIFIED. Trans-Pacific JBA MW carrier search, November 11 at
1259-1308 UT as I am awake around local sunrise, 1305: 774-NW,
702-WSW, 612-WSW, 747-NW, 828-NW, 882-WSW, 972-NW, 1242-NW,
1503-both?, 1566-NW --- i.e. the usual suspects from Au/NZ and
Japan/Korea S. Most of these were at the very margin of inaudibility
(Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
UNIDENTIFIED. 4102+, Nov 11 at 1310, JBA ``W`` and other Morse CW
letters or number, from that Weather beacon somewhere in the desert
SW. Still no sign of ``A`` beacon on 2097.3 which used to come in
stronger every dekasecond (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
UNIDENTIFIED. 17783.78-USB approx., Mon Nov 11 at 1838, weak 2-way in
Spanish, ``cambio``, INTRUDERS but no problem from or to 17775 KVOH,
since it`s absent again. Surely not still Simi-fiery around there?
(Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
UNIDENTIFIED. 17850, Nov 11 at 1840, JBA carrier, presumed 3 x 5950
WRMI harmonic; with sporadic E boost since WRMI Radio Africa 21525 is
steady S9+10 with gospel huxter in English; rather than usual JBA
carrier or not at all on 13m. Since KVOH is AWOL, 17850 is the OSOB
and SSOB! Discounting the USB intruders on 17783.78 (Glenn Hauser, OK,

Thank you, Daniel. Looking forward to seeing your lists from
neighbouring states.
BTW, do you know, if Brasilia 1160 kHz is also closed. Earlier R?dio
Globo, then possibly Mix FM.
