Correcting the date on this one, Feb 14, not 13; fixed: UNIDENTIFIED. 11860, Feb 14 at 0113, music JBM at S5-S7, and not // RHC 11850 which puts out spurs on 11840 & 11860. Could it be Saudi`s Republic of Yemen Radio which I have not heard clearly in over a year? Thanks to the Cuban radio war in the daytime. Aoki says Yemenish does not start until *0200; EiBi *0300. Anything else? CRI Nepali service not until *0130. Or could it really start at 0115, due to Nepal`s wacko +5:45 timezone?
