RFI in French is scheduled here at 1700-2000, and I do briefly hear a bit of French underneath at 1857-1900+ but by 1908 just the carrier, S9+10. At 1911 I check via UTwente SDR and find a weak OC. So is it RHC, ISS out of order, or both?
