HLAZ 1566 at 626am central/1326UTC with what sounds like one or two men talking in Japanese, I think. Had to reduce audio bandwidth to 3khz and it was still a bit hard to hear getting splattered a bit by KNZR and XERF. I have an audio recording of 1566 that I made.
