The station had been off the air since sometime Friday midday and came back sometime midday Monday.
The station still sounds as garbage-y as ever with a sick transmitter causing spurs all over the band here. I'm talking to another broadcast engineer in the area and he has other duties with his employer (hes not employed by KHAT) and his plan is to approach KHAT's owner with facts and measurements once he has time to do it.
