TDF Issoudun tx switch on at 15.59 UT, then program heard til 16.02 UT,
some 45 seconds TX went down, signal came back at 1603 UT:
In remote Corfu Greece unit heard S=9+20dB or -55dBm strong signal
in southern Europe,
but on all central Europe/UK/Switzerland weak SKIP ZONE signal
at only S=7 or -84dBm signal, requested for 16-17 UT Mon-Fri time slot.
