It looks like the talk programming from 1180 will simply move over to 1060. Having one more station would put Lotus over the cap, the day signals at 5kw day ND for 1060 and 4KW Day ND for 1180 arent much different... but 1060 is 500W 2 towers night, not very directional and 1180 is a 2 tower very directional missing alot of the city 190 watt night signal.
