TAJIKISTAN Voice of Tibet noted at Aug 29:
13.15 UT 9864 and 9876
13.33 UT 9876 and 9894
13.53 UT 9864 and 9894 -
and 9895 kHz CNR1 jamming on even x.5 kHz frequency.

No 30 kHz spurs apart distance noted today Aug 29.

I guess two DIFFERENT azimuths out of Dushanbe in usage,
the stronger signal noted in Doha Qatar, Delhi, Hanoi Vietnam
is the 131 degr assumed azimuth towards Lhasa Tibet. Himalaya,

but for example 9876 kHz is much weaker signal all the time,
noted on SDR's in P.R.China and Hiroshima Japan,
so I guess an azimuth of 70 degrees is in use instead,
towards central China, Bejing / Eastern China coast.

TAJIKISTAN Frequency changes of Voice of Tibet, August 28

1340-1400 NF 9924 DB 100 kW 131 deg to CeAS Tibetan, ex9826
1300-1330 only one tx is on air.

1330-1400 two frequencies are on air.
(Ivo Ivanov-BUL, hcdx via wwdxc BC-DX TopNews Aug 28)

Rather, wb reported 9864 and 9924 kHz as spurs out of 9894 kHz, not
jumparounds. Were all three frequencies really on air at same time or not?

** ANTARCTICA. 15475.98-CUSB, LRA36 publicized a big broadcast for Sat
Aug 29, alternating Spanish and German at 1500-2030, then English at
2030-2200. But: Not a trace from 1500 past 1540 on any Brazilian or
Argentine SDR I can access. Is anyone hearing it anyhow? There has
been a propagation disturbance as long predicted. Note admission of
low power 800 watts. WRTH 2020 said ``1 x 10 kW (operated at 1.5 kW).
F.pl: increase output to 10 kW`` (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR iog)

Manuel M?ndez, Lugo, Spain, replies at 1612: ``Hi, transmission
suspended due to bad weather. Best 73,s`` (Glenn Hauser, WOR)

** BRAZIL. 6134.8, Aug 29 at 0554, weak signal sounds like Brasilian
talk, but cuts off air 0555* before I can measure it exactly; presumed
R. Aparecida. Nothing audible on 9630v by 0558 while RVM is audible,
q.v. (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** BRAZIL. 5939.5, Aug 29 at 0557, music and soon announcement in
Brazilian, sounds like official RVM canned ID, S4 vs S9 noise crashes,
and not too much 5935 WWCR now. Within a few Hz of 5939.500 producing
equal hets, SSB tuned to 5939 and 5940.

9664.808, Aug 29 at 0559, Brazilian talk at S4-S6 from
always-off-frequency RVM. Only ZY audible now on 31 or 49m (Glenn
Hauser, OK, WOR)

** CHINA. CNR1 jammer survey Aug 29 at 1352: none higher than 12880
JBA carrier; also 11460, 11170, 11150, 11120, 10960; 10160 trace of
Chinese; 9215 S3-S5 of Chinese (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** CUBA. 13820, Aug 29 at 1315, noise jamming where there has been no
RM since March. Something`s always wrong at DCJC. Also jams its real
frequency 13605 (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** CUBA. 13740, Aug 29 at 1315, RHC on here but not 13700 and no
spurs, with report on COVID-19 statistics in Cuba by provincias,
municipios, barrage of figures I don`t try to copy but I think he said
the mortality rate was under 3%; from echoey venue.

Still no 13700 at 1352, but by 1454, 13700 is on and 13740 is off.
Nominal skeds for these two: 13700, 13-15 to San Francisco; 13740,
11-14 to Buenos Aires, but not noticeably weaker here. Something`s
always wrong at RHC (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** NIGERIA. 7254.9v, Aug 29 at 0602, VON is AWOL again, and not on
9689.9v either (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** U S A [and non]. WORLD OF RADIO 2049 monitoring: almost confirmed
Saturday August 29 at 1310, the 1300 on WRMI 15770, JBA traces of
talk.

Also confirmed at 1615 the 1600 Saturday on all WRN webcasts, presumed
International-Vacuum satellites too. Next:
