Around 0315 I check remotes on 4950: traces of music

Bonaire has VP signal offset -273 Hz, or 4949.727

Namibia has VP signal offset -271 v to -274 Hz, about the same
[this one has a 5-minute! limit per 24 hours per IP address]

South Africa too noisy, no signal.

Here, too weak to get a reading myself.

Would expect better from Angola, but they have been reported with problems.

However, mwoffsets [sic] shows Peru was also around that offset in 2013y:

Stephen,

You mean April 6, UT?

Don`t forget that Angola is perpetually off-frequency altho some keep rounding
it off to 4950. Like 4949.7, but can`t find a more accurate reading. Never mind
if you are absolutely positive it was Spanish, not Portuguese. 73, Glenn Hauser

A couple of tentative mystery logs for tonight , April 5, before retiring .

4949.75 – Radio Madre de Dios Pueblo, Peru at 0110 GMT - Just a brief peak of
audio thru the noise I could identify an om speaking in SS w/ some notes of
Latin style music. Signal was barely registering an S3. There appeared to be
another signal on 4950.02 but it was not producing any audio. This is
definitely a tentative log . The only thing I am sure of is the language,
Spanish, and the fact that I did hear some Latin music
