Which transmitter at Quivican in service ?

it's an easy task, five transmitter of 250 kW each available there.

CRI Beijing China
America relay at Cuba in use on 5990 kHz in 49 mb to ITU zones 8S,10E,11W
some 3 hours earlier.
So, a Keyboard glitch by the RadioCuba engineer at 01 or 02 UT then ?

2300-2400 5990 QVC 250 n-dir NoAM English in A-19 TX#1
0000-0100 5990 QVC 250 n-dir NoAM Spanish in A-19 TX#1

6000 kHz at 010 degr Chicago azimuth then ... in A-19 TX#2

** ANDORRA [non]. More info on the R. Andorra tribute via AUSTRIA,
April 12 at 1700-2045 UT I heard on 6180 via UTwente SDR:

``And the presentator will be Max Lafontaine, former announcer
(1970-1972). A nice souvenir for people who were in Andorra for EDXC
2019 (Christian Ghibaudo, France, BDXC-UK news April 10 via BC-DX)``

``RADIO ANDORRA HIT PARADE. For those who haven't been able to listen
to the Monday night special broadcast, There is a podcast.

https://www.mixcloud.com/AquiRadioAndorra/hit-parade-radio-andorre-du-12-avril-1981/?fbclid=IwAR0srWHBIWcjavu5PKcARdtzTXdKoOZUrzDMlpbfs12HQ0rJtElOWLwsvtk
(via Ghibaudo, April 13, BDXC-UK news)`` (via gh, WOR)

** CHINA [non]. 11895, April 13 at 0608, Chinese at S9, as RFA is
scheduled 0300-0700 via SAIPAN. Don`t think it be jammer as nothing
else on 25mb, besides 11725 NZ; not even 11835 Vanuatu/China (Glenn
Hauser, OK, WOR) See also CUBA

** CUBA. 6000, April 13 at 0559, RHC English is back on correct
frequency after stray to 5990 last night, now overpowering weak Mali
5995 properly from the plus side, as last hour repeat starts a bit
early into news already. Also on 6060 with some buzzes; 6100 with some
squeals; 6165 with some hum; and 5040 is off. Somethings` always wrong
at RHC (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** CUBA. 11980, April 14 at 0050. CRI English, S8 fading to S5 and
undermodulated, i.e. 2 x relay on 5990, confirmed by // on two
receivers. Someone else heard this recently but did not realize it
could be an harmonic, altho I have reported it a number of times
before. Not always audible, but something is always wrong at RadioCuba
(Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** CUBA. 5025, April 14 at 0109, R. Rebelde is S9+30 of dead air, or
with a trace of modulation? Something`s always wrong at RadioCuba
(Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** CUBA. 13740, April 14 at 0113, surprise, RHC in English here,
supposedly only Spanish, S9+30 and better than // 6000 & 6165; and
it`s the 13 MHz OSOB. During weather outlook for all of North America,
including USA, Mexico, Central America, Cuba, temps in F&C, from
``Cuba`s Chief Meteorologist``, didn`t catch his name, who will be
back tomorrow. A new feature? Never encountered that before. Perhaps
trying to one-up Radio Mart?, which has long provided Cuban weather
info from afar. But is English on 13740 another feed mixup, like when
once heard on 11850? (not now - still suptorted Spanish); an
experiment or an intentional summer improvement? Something`s always
wrong at RHC (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** PERU. Re my report of 4752: ``Looks like R. Huanta 2000. Website:
https://radiohuanta2000.com/ not as in WRTH with fm after
2000...``

Dr Hansjoerg Biener replies 13 April on the WOR iog: ``Peru: It is a
very difficult task to keep track of websites, e-mail addresses, phone
numbers etc. It seems that Huanta 2000 regained the rights for the
domain (note the copyright year 2021 for the design). According to my
files http://www.radiohuanta2000.com/ was used in 2016 but became
unavailable in 2017. It was then replaced by the domain
http://radiohuanta2000fm.com for about two years. In 2019 I noted that
the new "fm"-domain had expired, but I was unable to find any new
website``.

4752.464, hearing it again tonight via TWR KiwiSDRs Bonaire & Boa
Vista, Apr 13 from 2358 with music thru hourtop, mostly talk after
0009 April 14, S7 but unreadable with a lot of storm noise altho
Blitzortung shows very little lightning in northern S America, so
maybe from C America if not Oklahoma. Still past 0026 but gone at 0035
recheck; did not hear it cut off, but that was exactly when it did so
last night (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** ROMANIA. 7420, April 14 at 0057, RRI with music not // 7375 IS, so
separate programming unlike all-English last time I heard them. But
something`s wrong with the 7420 transmitter: altho quite strong, the
signal level is pulsing, more obvious on S-meter if I attenuate it; at
same time as the frequency wobbles slightly, revealed by BFO. 0100
break for RRI ID in Romanian, back to music but cuts off the air by
0101.5*. 7420 is Galbeni, supposed to run Romanian 0000-0157; 7375 is
Tsiganeshti, English until 0057, French as heard from 0100 (Glenn
Hauser, OK, WOR)

** SRI LANKA. 11905, Apr 14 at 0051, S Asian music from SLBC, VP S8-S5
with flutter both vertically and horizontally, i.e. signal level and
signal frequency, Doppler effect on trans-polar route. A few years ago
this started circa 0115 with mistimesignals I would track (Glenn
Hauser, OK, WOR)

** U S A [and non]. WORLD OF RADIO 2081 monitoring; next:
1030 UT Wednesday WRMI 5850 to NW
2100 UT Wednesday WRMI 7780 to NE
2100 UT Wednesday WBCQ 7490v to WSW
2200 UT Wednesday WRMI 9955 [jammed?] to SSE
0130 UT Thursday WRMI 5010 to S

Glenn Hauser, P O Box 1684, Enid OK 73702 (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** VANUATU. 11835, April 13 at 0609, no signal at all here from 3 x
3945 R Vanuatu, nor CNR2 as sked; suspect RV be absent, as still
getting Chinese on 11895 S9 from presumed Saipan (Glenn Hauser, OK,
WOR)

** VENEZUELA. 6205.038, April 13 at 2356, ROCV with dance music, S8-S9
via TWR Boa Vista, Brasil SDR, distorted but stronger than TWR Bonaire
was getting it, and now S5-S6 (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

UNIDENTIFIED. 7828-USB, April 14 at 0055, 2-way in Spanish, repeatedly
referring to Ecuador (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

This report dispatched at 0239 UT April 14
