Maybe the same station, that is now on 15170 kHz?

At the end of the show, it sounds like he put his phone up to the
microphone and played a song over the air like that then after about 21 1/2
minutes, 2 studio quality english ACA/pop songs played like they were
played from a computer at the transmission site and not a live feed from
this guys studio.
I have ZERO idea who this is or where it came from and no idea where to
even begin. Anyone have any idea?
