I keep hearing a station on 11509.65 khz in the evenings (verified by a websdr in Brasilia). I can find no information as to what this station might be. The only station listed for this freq is a North Korean clandestine but the station I'm trying to get information about is almost surely in Brazil. Any assistance would be appreciated ....
