They’ve been waivwring between 12019 and 12020 for years If you send them a reception report for 10219 they’ll QSL that. If you send them a reception report for 12020 they’ll QSL that.
They’ll QSL 12019 and 12020 for the same broadcast based on reports from two different people . I’m not sure if anyone has ever gotten an exact measurement.
