Propagation testing during February has shown some greyline reception on
occasion, especially near Tambov. This signal has reached parts of
southern Finland and central Europe well, so it is not impossible that when
spring comes the signal may punch into parts of western Russia as well. In
the meantime, most of these programs will respond to reports using remote
SDRs if need be and one of the new monthly music programs, Far Out East, is
produced and hosted by David Pakula, a resident of St. Petersburg.

Due of the present RUS / UKR war,

is re-direct on domain server to avoid DDOS attack,
redirect via Frankfurt/Main, and via San Francisco CA USA now.
But two hours later even another connect access to flightradar24.com server
need 29 minutes w a i t i n g time now.
Never happened though, - since CompuServe dial access connect
via modem in 1991 year.
