Don`t see how it could be anything but SIBC; unknown when may switch to 5020 and even modulate it. 9545 finally cut off at 0549.5* - but 5020 not on yet by 0611. 9545 carrier was within 1 Hz of accurate. Recheck direct at 0711, JBA carrier now on 5020, as well as 5040 presumed Vanuatu.
