Hi Glenn
My latest Hitlist update.
https://www.w4uvh.net/hitlist.htm
1) UTC offset notations updated for DST changes 3 April in New Zealand
2) Argentina - RAE: Removed link to outdated A-21 sked on Facebook; added note
for link to website sked to show it's an outdated B-21 sked
3) Canada - BVB: Updated link to current A-22 frequency schedule (thanks to
Zacharias Liangas and Jean-Michel Aubier in WOR iog mail list)
4) Germany - MBR: Updated link to current A-22 frequency schedule
5) Mexico - R Educacion: New entry to list
6) Nigeria - V of Nigeria: Temporarily removed entry as von.gov.ng no longer
works, the facebook page seems dormant and the web address of
voiceofnigeria.org.ng quoted there directs to a Nigerian jobs portal.
7) Romania - RRI: Added link to RRI podcasts via Soundcloud
8) Spain - REE: Updated link to current A-22 frequency schedule
The next update is scheduled for mid-May.
Best wishes and 73
Alan Roe

** CHINA. 13805, April 3 at 1458, tonal talk at S9/+10 with flutter.
Not sure if Chinese but must have been as until 1500 is CNR1 jamming
and SOH per Aoki (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** CUBA. 6100, April 3 at 0615, RHC S9+10/20 but in wrong language,
speech in Spanish. 6060 is S9/+10 of dead air in English; 6165 is
S9+20 but just barely modulated; and 5040 is off. Something`s always
wrong at RHC (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** TURKEY. 17770, April 3 at 1447, music at S9 with fast fading as if
SAH from another carrier; but only VOT is scheduled this hour, in
Arabic. Second only to slightly stronger 17855 Spain and nothing else
on 16 m (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** UKRAINE [non]. 7730, April 3 at 0501-0505, UR1 via WRMI with
English segment only 4 minutes and back to the OM announcer, `Ukraine:
Security Issues`` (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** U S A [and non]. WORLD OF RADIO 2132 monitoring: confirmed UT
Sunday April 3 from 0330 on WA0RCR, 1860 AM, MO, S9+8 into nearby
KB0FX SDR.
Despite IRRS NEXUS-IBA schedule for Sunday at 1030 UT showing:
``12:30 Streaming + 9510 kHz English IPAR - World Of Radio``
Ivo Ivanov, Bulgaria tells me:
``ROMANIA Unknown px, instead of World of Radio #2132 on 9510 kHz via
RADIOCOM Saftica, April 3: 1030-1100 on 9510 SAF 100 kW / 300 deg to
WeEu English Sun. Video will be added later today``
And from Alan Roe, Teddington, UK: ``Hi Glenn, World of Radio #2132
heard on 3 April starting at 1325 UT (and wrapping-up at 1355) on 9670
kHz on WMRI Europe (via Rohrbach, Germany).`` And the week before he
heard it ending at 1354. Next:
2000 UT Sunday IRRS 1323-Italy
2230 UT Sunday WRMI 5950 to NNW [to be canceled?]
0030 UT Monday WRMI 7780 to SW

Thanks this week for financial support from Keith Konnerth, KC8YJW,
for a contribution via PayPal not necessarily in US$ to
woradio at yahoo.com and says, ``keep the Ukraine info coming.``
One may also contribute by MO or check on a US bank to Glenn Hauser, P
O Box 1684, Enid OK 73702 (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** U S A. 9980, April 3 at 1458, S9+30 of WWCR dead air instead of
TOMBS, a glorious respite (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** U S A. 7505, April 3 at 0612, WRNO is back on air after several
nights AWOL, S9+10/20 in English. Dr Hj Biener first reported it
resumed the night before (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** U S A [and non]. 9940, from tune-in at 1456 past 1700 April 3,
continuous Ukrainian gospel-huxtering, Bible stories? dramatized with
music, no ID at top of hour or anytime until finally interrupting at
1625, 1629, 1659. Ted is grandiosely calling this SFAW station ``Voice
of Freedom for the people of Ukraine ---``. I think it`s all in UU not
RR but not positive. It is not // any of the three streams on website;
also linx to a transmitter #4 altho there isn`t any - yet? Silence.
WTWW is authorized 24h on 9940, but per HFCC there will be a number of

Originally after 1500 no other WTWWs were on: 9475, 5830, 5085. At
1523 I checked one of the HMB remotes on California coast, and 9940
was dominated by Chinese - presumably jammer against USAGM Kuwait that
hour. The imaginary ``15810`` sked shows Russian at 13-14 only, no
Ukrainian but at 15-16 Greek. Before any ID, tried to run TDOA at
1534, which made a wild guess somewhere in the mid-Atlantic ocean. It
was only S6/S7 into Maine remote, but at 1606, S9/+12 into Maryland.
Not rechecked until 1835 by when it`s back to rock music on 9940
(Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
