Translation from Spanish;
"This year we are on air for now, on short wave, Wednesday and Friday
from 1300 to 1800 UTC, and on Saturdays from 1800 to 2300. I also
inform you that we are analysing being able to broadcast in a few weeks
from Monday to Friday, from 1600 to 2000 UTC, and on Saturdays from 1800
to 2300 UTC.
We will also analyse, according to the propagation conditions, if we
advance the schedule on Saturdays. Here in Antarctica, we have to be
very attentive to winter fluctuations in propagation. "

Mystery Station: Obvious a Canadian call, but no information available in
databases except for operator?s name. VE0 prefix is normally used for Canadian
maritime mobile vessels. Grid locator given (FN05) does contain a very small
slice of Georgian Bay but mostly land with a
Lot of lakes. Heard on July 13 (0454UTC) on 7.040101 mhz with 40M Dipole and
Yaesu FT-847 RX. Bill Smith, Douglas, MA.

** CUBA. 9535, July 13 at 0649, RHC Spanish, S7/S9, only overtime
frequency tonight (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** NORTH AMERICA. 6869.92, July 13 at 0658, unID pirate music for
another late night. S7/S8; I think there was some talk but if any ID I
missed it; 0700 change to different music style. Three more reports

** OKLAHOMA. RF 17, July 14 at 0147 UT, K17JN-D, Enid`s only local TV
station -- axually a 3ABN satellator, is on with steady signal bar,
but all 7 channels are black and silent, not just the top of the 3
audio-only channels, which is always silent. BTW I have never seen any
other DTV signal with audio-only portions, but why not if you want to
allocate your resources thus. As with other unpersonned outages, this
could last for some time until HQ notice and get some contract
engineer out there to fix it (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
