``from the top of the world to the Indian Ocean``, VG S9/+20; program
previews including nonsensical ``Creation Moment``, and into some pop
music to appear hip. They pretend to be in Alaska, but I think the
programming comes out of Tennessee (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** BRAZIL. 6179.95 approx., Nov 19 at 0804, RNA VG S9+25 with music
but considerably off-frequency. EiBi and Aoki both show 0750-0300 but
I think it is anything but continuous with a brief morning broadcast

** COLOMBIZUELA [and non]. 4940, Nov 19 at 0754, mystery station
alternating YL in English, OM in Spanish, one consecutively
translating the other, probably sermon, S5/S8 direct. Earlier check
circa 0415 found no signal next to 4930 VOA BOTSWANA (Glenn Hauser,
OK, WOR)
** CUBA [and non]. 9490+, Nov 19 at 0332, S9/+10 of dead air and a
trace of pulse jamming. Must be the always-off-frequency TDF FRANCE
unit which carries RMI`s Radio Rep?blica, currently HFCC registered as
01-02 & 02-03 separately but both daily, 150 kW at 285 degrees. In
practice, RR has had a different span on weekends than weekdays. EiBi
now shows 01-02 daily, adding 02-04 on Thu/Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon; and this
is UT Sunday. Aoki shows 01-02 daily, adding 02-03 on days 1267 =
Sun/Mon/Fri/Sat. WRMI skedgrid is still dated B22! --- 01-02 on days
234 = Tue/Wed/Thu, 01-03 on days 5671 = Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon, 03-04 also on
days 5671 (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** CUBA [and non]. 5800, Nov 19 circa 0415 and still at 0757, jamming
vs nothing as WRMI is not on at these hours, and when it is earlier,
nothing worthy of jamming. Or is there? WRMI-10 5800 atop skedgrid
shows Freedom Synergy Radio at 03-04 on System B -- but NOWHERE to be
found on the program skeds below. IIRC it`s Latin American oriented,
pro-Taiwan and thus anti-Communist, but in English. Nothing about it
now to be found on the Programming page either, altho not all of that
is text-searchable (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** CUBA. 5910, Nov 19 at 0413, S9+50 of CRI relay but JBM, still
blowing away Alcarav?n Radio. Is that the music I can detect? No, it`s
Chinese. The first hour at 03-04 is supposed to be in English, not
Mandarin as I said last time. Something`s always wrong at RadioCuba

WORLD OF RADIO 2217 monitoring: confirmed UT Sunday November 19 at
0416 on WA0RCR, 1860 AM, MO, S9/+20 direct, about 1 minute into so
started on-time at 0415.

should know soon enough whether the computer issues have been fixed.

exactly: DRMish noise sidebands but not as broad as standard DRM and
