** SPAIN. 9690, Fri Dec 1 at 2300, token English from SNR, VG direct.
2310 feature is interview about a Forbidden Art Museum in Barcelona
which opened at Octend, such as that of Ai Weiwei. See!
https://www.museuartprohibit.org/en
(Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** TURKEY [and non]. 5960.004, Dec 1 at 2300, VOT again not off the
air in English, S9+10 direct vs S9 line noise level = VP, no
comparison to simulSPAIN 9690. Caught last few words of s/off into IS
at 2353.6, S9+30 into UTwente, until 2355* uncovering the 6CI, std
denunciation (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR

** U S A [and non]. WORLD OF RADIO 2219 monitoring: not confirmed
Friday December 1 at 2130 on IRRS SW via AM Italia, 1323 kHz, JBA into
UTwente but no CCI, enough to tell it`s #2218 instead. I was late in
uploading it to IRRS server! They now have 2219 for further airings.
This also reminds me to be sure WRMI has it ASAP. I seem to be getting
forgetful. Via Dec BDXC-UK Communication, note this:

``A test transmission has been heard on 1323 kHz from the Brighton
(Southwick) transmitter which used to carry Smooth Radio Sussex. The
announcement stated ?This is an engineering test transmission to
establish the feasibility of new commercial and community radio
stations. If you can hear this broadcast we would be very grateful for
your reception report. You can email broadcastconsult...@gmail.com
Thank you for listening and enjoy the music we have for you as part of
this test transmission.? (mediumwave.info 12-13 November)``

So WOR from Italy on 1323, Fri 2130 & Sun 2100, may regain CCI, but so
far clear even unto UTwente.

WOR 2219 confirmed Friday December 1 at 2300 on WRMI 9955, S9+10/30
direct but undermodulated. Next:

Thanks to Doug Brown, London ON, for a generous cheque on a US bank

you do for this great hobby of ours``

Or one may contribute via PayPal, not necessarily in US funds, to
woradio at yahoo.com (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** U S A. Checking WBCQ activity pre-AAAWWW, Dec 2 at 0043, first
trying W1NT NH SDR, but it`s disabled due to 160m contest: and it was
disabled previous weekend for some other ham contest, why? To
discourage cheating?

Maine one is really too close but into it: 3265 off; 5130.252 ATATT
S7/9+10; 6159.933 TOMBS S8/9+10; 7489.944 FKB S7/S9; 9330+ WLCR PP
S9/+10. Its calibration is pretty close but unstable: WWV 5 & 10 MHz
displaying within 1 or 2 Hz. After 0100 seems like may be a new show,
80 degrees today in central FL which NWS confirms. Angela is
half-nekkid again (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

UNIDENTIFIED. Trans-Atlantic JBA MW carrier search, Dec 1 at 0435:
855, 891, 1044, likely Spain, Algeria, Spain (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

This report dispatched at 0114 UT December 2
