Precisely... their website is just as confusing , to say the least! But it does
give us
a way to get the exact times, days of the week ,frequencies and target areas.
Translating it from Spanish works fairly well , at least for our purposes.
Their schedules are very flexible, by the way!

short-wave.info offers some days when they are on i e 9690 at 2300 has
English
on 2/4/6 (M/W/F), but the chart fails to show languages aired at those times.
