fective Sa'udi transmitter for {excile} Republic of Yemen Radio. Even
worse, also direct, at 2250 UT, S=9+10dB, maybe a hint of program audio
in the mush with USB tuning. Something's sorry in Riyadh Sa'udi Arabia.

11820.070 kHz likely centered carrier fqy, of strong BUZZ roar QRM signal
on excile radio of 'Republic of Yemen Radio' via Riyadh broadcast center.
27 x major 120 Hertz distance audio strings visible in audio block range
11818.400 to 11821.770 kHz and minor strong strings in range 11815.240 to
11824.640 kHz. S=9+35dB strength noted in backlobe at 13.50 UT on Febr 21.
Nothing on air on 11820v – nor on 11860v in 01 – 03 UT slot on Febr 21.
