18900, Feb 26 at 2313, weak Chinese, not on 18970, only
other known frequency on band, leading to: Survey of mostly JBA
carriers direct with Doppler flutter, surely CNR1 jammers or possibly
Firedragon, to block Sound of Hope, Feb 26 at 2313-2317: 16160, 16100,
15970, 15920, 14980, 14920, 13920, 13530, 13020. Not in the exact
order tuned; none audible just below 13 MHz. {also should have been
others inband but was checking only way-out-of-band} (Glenn Hauser,

** CUBA. 15230, Feb 27 at 2313, RHC S9/+10 but JBM, sup/torted.
Something`s always wrong at RHC (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** CUBA. 11740-11780 approx., Feb 27 at 2317 hash sounds somewhat like
DRM at spots, but not this wide. Obviously out of 11760 RHC
transmitter, S9+30/40 and noise also infesting center frequency.
