HAARP tests on final night UT March 3, via KFS omni, from 0448 nothing found on higher frequencies until 0451 reaching 3250 with sweeps upward every 20 seconds with pauses. Makes nice symmetrical pattern on waterfall of diagonal lines each side of 3250 out to about 3190/3310. By 0536 longer sweeps with no pauses, still restarting every icosasecond. There`s a weak line on 3215 which must be WWCR: I tune there briefly and can hear the sweeps going thru it. Finally off at 0603*. Strictly-SWBC editors may be inclined to throw this and my 9600, 5800 logs out, but I point out they concern ute intruders into broadcast bands.
