On 19/3 I have used my smartphone connected via Bluetooth with a
externalspeaker and listened? to Halei Zahal on1287? and time 1430 for more
than 30 minuteswith dreaming like Hebrew music , most of them were ezl as like
lullabies inmy? ears! Ended on 1455 when OM and YMstarted with poss news.
Reception via TWR Cyprus Heard also the program viaradio Garden for less clear
sound!! It also?good for anyone to test Xinjiang stations online with thei
distinctivemusic in the clear!

adio Deltahas been herd today in my village Litohoron with fair signal on 1609
and on12065 kHz while I was in Dx walking . max signal at 32/15 max .Best
reception withAM narrow at 2.5kHz on on the PL330*? and music programwith IDs
every one or two songs. . Tune in again 1635 with wandering carrierin both
sidebands

VG peaking S9+10 into Argentine SDR, weekly broadcast presumably from
2200. 2258 discussing meteorological and geomagnetic observations. I`m
trying to monitor Turkey at same time. Synch mode cannot lock onto the
reduced carrier, but I can hear it by tuning down to 15475.5 USB. 2310
mailbag, from Chimbote, Per?, Buenos Aires. 2312 on phone a colonel
who says he is in charge of RNASG, anniversary since base started in
1951y. Brief music breaks among more talk, but mostly music after 2335.
By 2347 noise bursts, QRN at SDR? or OTH radar, as I have to wrap this
report before presumed 2400* sign/off to come (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** CUBA. 6000, March 23 at 0335, RHC English, S9+35/45 direct but
modulation sup/torted, unlistenable. And this is the ONLY non-jammer,
non-spy frequency on air! 4765 & 5025 both off, and no RHC found
elsewhere on 6, nor on 9, 11, 15 MHz bands; 13 MHz not checked but has
been vacant of RHC for many months. Even 6000 is off by 0624 recheck.

** CUBA [and non]. 15140, March 23 at 1920, NO signal of RHC English
into Maryland SDR. SAWA. Nor at 2014 but there is a JBA fluttery
carrier on 11760 -- RHC? No, this semihour only, RFI Issoudun, FRANCE

** MALI. 5995, March 23 at 0623, ORTM back to normal mod, after
noiseblob again last night (Glenn Hauser,OK, WOR)
** TURKEY. 5960, March 23 from 2250, I`m monitoring UTwente for VOT to
show up but it never does by 2301, when I check 9610 instead, and
there it is on 9610.009, already news in English. Yet again, erroneous
Emirler forgot to turn 9610 off after the 2130 English hour. But VG on
9610, S9+10/20 with slightly more fading than 5960. I`m trying to
monitor LRA36 at same time. 2313 both go to music. 2318 `Energy
Agenda` about plans to build a 1200-km highway and railway from the
Persian Gulf thru Iraq into Turkey, a more efficient means to
transport Gulf and Iraqi oil into Europe, especially vs Suez Canal and
Red Sea problems. First I`d heard about this ``new partnership
initiative``. 2329, `Turkey`s Geomarked [sic] Products` about
handicraft art from Trabzon. 2332 ``always-by-your-side`` promo,
mostly music thereafter except ``a-b-y-s`` again at 2341; abrupt
chopoff at 2346* while no move to 5960 this late, still clear
for the ChiCom XJRTV (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
Not heard announcing yet, and would probably mess it up anyway, but
per HFCC here is the A24 English sked, all times earlied by one real
UT hour from March 31: 1230 17620, 1630 11660, 1830 9750, 2030 9875,
2200 11785, 0300 6165 & 7275. 11785 & 6165 are the NAm frequencies;
17620 also aimed thisaway across Europe. That means a foulup like
today would find the 2200 on 9875 instead (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** U S A. 13563.5 CW, March 23 at 2012 UT, HIFER beacon, dash and PCO,
heard again JBA, from Pine, ColOrado (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** U S A. 17865, Sat March 23 at 1700*, R. Mart? in Spanish to Ukraine
from Grimesland stops abruptly, no ID or s/off for it or VOA, cut
carrier after a few more sex. That`s the Sat/Sun-only channel at
13-17. FWIW, 17865 and M-F`s 17680 at 17-21 missing from HFCC A24
USAGM sked, but also never added to the B23 one (Glenn Hauser, OK,
WOR)
** U S A [and non]. WORLD OF RADIO 2235 monitoring: confirmed UT
Saturday March 23 at 0130 on WRMI 5850, S9+30/40 into Missouri SDR.
Also confirmed UT Saturday March 23 at 0400 on WTWW 5085, S9+25/40
into Missouri SDR. Some hiccups at start, I hope caused by receiver
only.
Also confirmed Saturday March 23 at 1552 the 1530 on SW Radio,
Germany, 6160.003 into UTwente, VG S9+8.
Also confirmed Saturday March 23 at 1725 the 1700 on WRN N America
webcast. Not until April 6 shall this shift to 1600 UT, once BST be in
effect, nevermind DST here two sesquiweeks earlier.
Also confirmed Saturday March 23 from 1830.7 on SW Radio, Germany,
3975.002, S9+15 into UTwente, vs lightning crashes over Holland,
outskirts of major storm over Slovenia per Blitzortung.
Also confirmed Saturday March 23 after 1930 on WRMI webcast-only, 9955
not on.

VG S9+18 groundwave into nearby SDR, right after Amateur Radio
